Please read these terms carefully before using OmniOrbit applications.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using any OmniOrbit application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
These terms apply to all OmniOrbit applications, including Traders Gym, Traders Alarm, Slicy, Orb Garden, Pixera Nonogram, and Hive.
2. Educational Purpose — Not Financial Advice
Important — Traders Gym: Traders Gym is an educational and entertainment application only. All content, including chart patterns, candlestick patterns, simulations, quizzes, and any other material within the app, is provided solely for educational purposes.
- The app does not constitute financial, investment, or trading advice of any kind.
- Past patterns shown in the app use historical data and do not guarantee future results.
- Skill in recognizing chart patterns does not guarantee profitable trading.
- Real trading involves substantial risk of loss. You may lose more than your initial investment.
- Always consult a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions.
OmniOrbit is not a licensed financial advisor, broker, or investment firm. We assume no liability for any trading decisions you make based on skills or knowledge developed using our app.
Important — Traders Alarm: Traders Alarm is a mathematical analysis and notification tool only. The app evaluates technical indicators (RSI, MACD, moving averages, etc.) on public market data and notifies you when user-defined mathematical conditions are met.
- The app does not constitute investment, financial, or trading advice of any kind.
- Alerts and signals are the deterministic output of indicator math on historical/live prices — they are not recommendations to buy, sell, or hold any asset.
- Past indicator behaviour does not guarantee future market behaviour. Backtest results are illustrative and are not a forecast.
- Real trading involves substantial risk of loss, including total loss of capital.
- You are solely responsible for any trading decisions you make. Always consult a qualified, licensed financial advisor before investing.
OmniOrbit is not a licensed financial advisor, broker, or investment firm and provides Traders Alarm purely as a technical-analysis utility.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EU) to use our apps. By using the app, you represent that you meet this requirement. Traders Gym and Traders Alarm, due to their trading-related content, are intended for users aged 18 and over.
4. License
OmniOrbit grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the App
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
- Use the App for commercial purposes without our written consent
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices
5. User Accounts (Traders Gym, Traders Alarm)
Certain features of Traders Gym and Traders Alarm require creating an account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access at mail@omniorbit.space
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
6. Subscriptions and Payments (Traders Gym, Traders Alarm, Pixera Nonogram, Hive, Orb Garden, Slicy)
Traders Gym and Traders Alarm offer optional premium subscriptions; Pixera Nonogram, Hive, Orb Garden, and Slicy offer optional in-app purchases. Subscription and purchase billing is handled by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store).
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
- Refunds are subject to Apple's or Google's refund policy, not ours
- Subscription prices may change with reasonable notice
- You can manage or cancel your subscription via your Apple ID or Google account settings
7. Advertisements (Traders Gym)
The free tier of Traders Gym displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. Ad content is determined by Google and may be personalized or non-personalized based on your device privacy settings. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.
8. Intellectual Property
All content within our apps — including but not limited to graphics, game design, logic, text, and data — is the intellectual property of OmniOrbit and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit written permission.
9. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the app in any way that violates applicable law
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Exploit bugs or glitches for unfair advantage
- Interfere with other users' access to the app
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to interact with the app
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our apps are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your expectations. Use the app at your own risk.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OmniOrbit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use our apps — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our apps at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Turkish courts.
